The Techozon Screening Process

Each applicant to the Techozon network must pass a screening process designed to measure subject matter
expertise, professionalism, and communication skills. The full screening process takes between 2-5 weeks to complete.

Language and Personality

The first step of the screening process is
a comprehensive English language and
communication interview evaluation. We
also assess personality traits.

In-Depth Skill Review

We also test each applicant's technical
knowledge and problem-solving ability
through various assessments. Every
member of the Techozon network.

Live Screening

Each candidate is interviewed by Techozon
screeners who are experts in their
functional domain. Our screeners provide
specific live exercises.

Test Projects

We gave the demo to the candidates to
make that demo. If they are successful by
completing that demo then we proceed
with our next step.

Continued Excellence

If the Candidate is successful by
attempting the demo and test. Then we
scheduled the Final Interview with the
management.
